As per the latest statement made by Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang, the Madhya Pradesh State Government is now preparing to offer education in the field of medicine in Hindi Language to interested candidates in the coming future.
The announcement was made by the MP Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang during the Hindi Diwas celebration. During the event, he further stated that the state government will form a committee that will further help the state in preparing medical courses in Hindi.
Referring to the initiative, State Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said, “We are going to form a committee at the earliest to ensure that medical education courses (material) are prepared in Hindi as well. In the near future, we will start medical studies in Hindi too".

Adding to the statement, he stated that the Madhya Pradesh State Government Education committee will ensure that medical courses are prepared in Hindi as well as deal with issues related to medical studies in Hindi in the state.

In this recent tweet, Dr. Mohan Yadav, Cabinet Minister (MP Government) stated that "the state welcomes the decision to give the opportunity to students to study in Hindi in medical colleges of MP. This decision will increase the respect for the Hindi language".

Earlier, in September 2021, the Medical Education Minister announced that the first-year foundation of the Madhya Pradesh MBBS course will include lectures on RSS Founder KB Hedgewar, Jana Sangh leader Deendayal Upadhyaya, Swami Vivekananda, and BR Ambedkar.
While talking about other streams, MP higher Education Minister Mohan Yadhav stated that the MP state is now aiming to offer social and medical ethics to medical students.
The state government will offer Ramcharitramanas as an elective subject under philosophy discipline in the arts stream to first-year undergraduate students.
Additionally, as per the recommendation made by the syllabus committee, the applied philosophy of Shri Ramcharitramanas has been added in the elective course of philosophy subject for first-year students.
The changes have been made for Madhya Pradesh BA program 2021 students who have enrolled for the 2021-2022 academic session before the given deadline. The changes in the syllabus are being done in the context of the New Education Policy released in 2020.
