As per the guidelines, candidates will be given the liberty to apply for different courses in a maximum of seven colleges. Similarly, there will be no age limit restrictions for the postgraduate courses. Therefore, any interested candidate can apply for the course.
The decision will be binding in both government colleges in the state and private institutions. Meanwhile, MP College Admission 2021 for various UG and PG courses in the state private and government colleges will begin from August 1.
The move taken by the Madhya Pradesh government aims at the relaxation of age by the higher education department, which will attract more students for Postgraduate and Undergraduate courses. It will in turn help to increase the gross enrollment ratio across the state. Recently, the Madhya Pradesh government also announced the decision to waive fees for students who lost their earning members of the family due to COVID-19.
