MCC Chennai UG & PG Admission 2022 to Open from June 20

New Delhi: Madras Christian College (MCC) Chennai is all set to open its application process for the undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes for the academic session 2022-23 from June 20, 2022. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @mcc.edu.in. 

MCC, Chennai offers a gamut of undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes in various specialisations including English, Tamil, history, economics, philosophy, mathematics, commerce etc. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till the deadline which is not yet announced by the college.

The college offers various courses in UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma and PhD levels such as B.Sc, BA, B.Com, BCA, BBA, BSW, B.Voc, M.Sc, MA, M.Com, MCA, MSW, and M.phil in Science, Arts, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, Medical, Design and Engineering streams.

MCC UG & PG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the UG and PG courses offered by the College will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

Eligibility Criteria for UG Courses:

• Admissions to the three-year bachelor’s courses are done based on the candidate’s score list of 10+2 examinations.
• Candidates seeking admission to the B.Com, BBA and B.A courses must have at least 50% aggregate in higher secondary examinations. 
• Candidates intending for B.Sc admissions must have minimum 50% aggregate marks with mathematics, physics, and chemistry in higher secondary examinations or equivalent. 

Eligibility Criteria for PG Courses:

• Candidates are selected on the basis of merit list announced by the college based on the candidate’s score in the qualifying degree course.
• Candidates with at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation can apply for M.A. and M.S.W.
• Candidates with bachelor's degree in commerce, business management, business administration or any equivalent qualification with accountancy are eligible for admissions in M.Com computer-oriented business application.
• Candidates opting for self-financed MCA courses must have a valid score in Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET), conducted by Anna University.

• Candidate's selection to the UG courses will be based on the counselling process.
• Candidate's selection to the PG courses will be done on the basis of merit and TANCET score for admission to the MCA program. 

MCC UG and PG Admission 2022: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of MCC Chennai @mcc.edu.in. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
