Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021: Allow Only 18-20 Students in Each Exam Hall, Directs Education Minister


Concerns about the upcoming KSEEB Class 10 Board Exams have been allayed by State Primary and Secondary Education Minister S Suresh Kumar. In an interview with the media, Mr Kumar stated that all precautionary measures are being taken to ensure the safe conduct of the Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021.

He went on to say that spaced seating arrangements are being made for the upcoming KSEEB SSLC Exams and that only 18 to 20 students per exam hall will be allowed. This was stated by the minister while speaking to a gathering of Deputy Directors of Public Instructions and Block Education Officers from Bengaluru North, South, and Rural Areas.

During the meeting, he stated that for the upcoming SSLC Exams, local administrators should ensure that students have adequate access to masks, soaps, drinking water, and clean toilets.

KSEEB SSLC Exam 2021: Exam Papers to be Sent According to Seating Arrangements

The board has already begun making the necessary preparations to ensure that the spaced seating arrangement is followed at the school or exam centre level. According to the Minister at the meeting, as part of this, the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board will send bundles of question papers based solely on seating arrangements.

The Karnataka SSLC Exam 2021 is scheduled to begin on June 21st, and the state education minister stated that preparations for the Class 10 Board exams are in full swing. With the threat of COVID-19 in mind, the board has been asked to take all necessary precautions and ensure full implementation of the state government's precautionary guidelines.

The Education Minister told local administrative officers, "The revised syllabus has been covered in most schools, and revision is underway." Check in with students to see if they are studying. Some schools have held meetings with parent organisations to discuss the significance of testing. Some teachers have paid them visits at their homes. Ensure that all students register for and take the exams.
