Karnataka NEET 2020 has reserved 5617 seats in medical colleges and 2,181 seats in dental colleges seats are to be filled this year through the NEET Counselling. Candidates with minimum qualifying NEET score are eligible to take part in the NEET 2020 Karnataka State Counselling.

Karnataka NEET Admissions 2020: How to Apply Online?
Below are the steps to be followed for applying to NEET:
Step 1: Visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
Step 2: Click on New Registration in the homepage
Step 3: Click on filling up application form
Step 4: Log in with the valid email address and password
Step 5: Fill up the application form and submit required documents
Step 6: Pay the application fee and submit the application
Note: The application fee for general category candidates is INR 1,000, whereas SC/ST/PwD category candidates is INR 500.
For NRI/PIO/OCI/Foreign Nationals the application fee is INR 2,000.
Karnataka NEET Admissions 2020: Merit List
The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) releases two merit list i.eProvisional and final merit list. Both the lists are prepared on the basis of merit secured in the NEET exam.
The final merit list released by the officials will have the list of candidates who have successfully verified their documents and have received the security key for option entry.
Karnataka NEET Admissions 2020: Selection Process
All candidates should have secured the minimum cutoff marks to successfully qualify NEET, in order to get admission to medical or dental courses. Below conditions are applied for selection
- Counseling for 15% of the All India Quota seats is organized by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) and the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
- Counseling for 85% of the State Quota seats is organized by the respective colleges through their own counseling processes.
- In order to get admission, it is mandatory for the candidates to apply for the NEET Counselling and confirm their seats for their chosen MBBS or BDS courses.
