JNVST Exam 2021: Dates Revised for Class 9 Exam, Admit Card Released; Check Details Here


Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) will now conduct the JNVST exam for Class 9 on February 24, 2021. Earlier, the exam was to be conducted on February 13, 2021, however, the exam date has been revised recently. 

NVS has also released the admit card of the class 9th entrance exam- JNVST 2021, on Wednesday (January 27)

As per the official notification, the selection test for Class 9 admissions will be held on February 24, 2021, in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya of the concerned district/ any other centre allotted by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).

Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya selection test is held in both English/Hindi medium. The test includes questions from the various subjects, including mathematics, general science, English and Hindi. 

The duration of JNVST exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes for 100 marks paper. The JNVST 2021 exam would be conducted in offline mode, i.e., pen and paper mode.

Further, the admit card for Class 9 selection test will be released in February 2021. Candidates appearing for the exam would be able to download the admit card through the login window available on the official portal. They need to enter their username and password, respectively. Students are advised to take a printout of the admit card for future references.

As per the JNVST 2021 exam, merit lists will be formed and displayed on the official website of NVS, navodaya.gov.in. The shortlisted students will seek admission at their respective JNV situated in the district.
