IIT Delhi PhD Admission 2023-24 Open; The Last Date to Apply Extended till April 06

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, is inviting applications for admission to its Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program offered by its various departments for second semester 2022-24. The last date to apply has been extended till April 06, 2023.

IIT Delhi offers PhD programs in Science, Engineering, Design, Electrical Engineering, Humanities & Social Sciences, and Management Studies. Interested candidates can apply for the PhD program admissions at IIT Delhi through the official portal at home.iitd.ac.in.

To apply for PhD Program under IIT Delhi Admission 2023, aspirants are required to have a BTech or an equivalent degree with a 70% score and a PG degree with a 60% score. 

Aspirants are shortlisted on the basis of a GATE or UGC / CSIR /DBT /ICMR /INSPIRE fellowship entrance examination score followed by a Personal Interview Round.

Step 1: Visit the official website of IIT Delhi at home.iitd.ac.in

Step 2: From the homepage, under “Admission”, select “PG including PhD.” Scroll and click on “PG admission including PhD” to register.

Step 3: Enter the details and register, then proceed to upload the required documents, and pay the application fee.

Step 4: Submit the application form to complete the IIT Delhi PhD Admission 2023 process.
