IIT Bombay's Techfest Announces Headliner for International EDM Night

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay's Techfest, which had an annual footfall of over 1,75,000 and pan-Indian reach across 2500+ colleges is getting ready to break the ice with the 26th edition of "Techfest- A Submerged Sojourn: A fusion of Underwater life and Technology."

This is the 26th edition of Techfest, IIT Bombay, which has been scheduled to be held between December 16 and 18, 2022, at IIT Bombay campus, Powai. The event is free and entry is open to everyone.

The Techfest of IIT Bombay will break the ice when the technically rigorous minds were rusting their urge to witness the technological innovations and cutting-edge ideas due to the pandemic.

Further, the techfest has been thrilled to have renowned artists and international favourites at the Technolix EDM Night in prior years, fusing technology, music, fun, and entertainment. Danny Avila (DJMag Rank 34, Spain), Fantastic Five from Germany, Afishal DJ Drummer from the UK, Light Balance, Viduramizai, and many other artists have graced Techfest IIT Bombay as headliners.

The creator of hit tracks and remixes including The Prophecy, The Smash, Beat, and the well-known Bella Ciao, Maddix, has been invited by Techfest to headline the EDM Night on December 18, 2022, continuing its legendary run. He is a Dutch record producer and DJ.

He is a member of the recording company Revealed Recordings, which Hardwell founded and with whom he co-wrote the iconic Bella Ciao rhythm. His music is frequently played at the biggest EDM festivals, and he will perform here to lighten the mood at the sojourn and make Techfest 2022's opening night, one to never be forgotten.

Inviting everyone to the Techfest on December 18, 2022, IIT Bombay has asked everyone to take part in the rarest night under the stars and see the breathtaking EDM concert as the ideal capstone to the Techfest 26th edition.

IIT Bombay's Techfest organises workshops in a variety of subjects, including Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Python, etc., in association with global corporations like Google, WazirX, Ubisoft, etc., with the primary goal of promoting science and technology.
