IIT Bombay Social Body “Abhyuday” Organizes Action Plan Competition: Read Full Report Here


October 27, 2021: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay's social body, Abhyuday is now preparing to organize an action plan competition on the campus ground to support Social Entrepreneurship among Indian youth. 

With the goal of supporting entrepreneurs who wish to work for a better society, the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay’s social body Abhyuday 2021-22 has launched its Action Plan: the social entrepreneurship competition. 

IIT Bombay Action Plan Competition will lead to help startups convert their ideas and technologies into a successful business model. Abhyuday’s action plan will work around the 3I’s mantra: Ideate - Innovate - Implement.

The Action Plan of IIT Bombay has come out to be one of the most popular and Asia’s fastest-growing Social Entrepreneurship challenges. The social body of the institute, Abhyuday offers the participants with prizes worth INR 15 Lakhs.

IIT Bombay Action Plan Competition 2021-2022: Key Highlights

IIT Bombay Action Plan Competition 2021-2022 will be held for a duration of 5 months by the Abhyuday community of the institute. The competition will take place in three stages. 

Interested candidates who wish to become a part of the IIT Bombay Action Plan Competition can now register for the same by submitting their applications on the official website of the institute at https://actionplan.abhyudayiitb.org/ before the given deadline, November 05, 2021.

The Action Plan first round will select 20% of teams for the second stage, where they will be offered with advanced entrepreneurship Bootcamp. Participants will be offered an opportunity to prepare an elevation pitch. 

Those who clear all the stages of the competition will be presented with prizes worth 15 lakhs along with mentorship, funding opportunities, incubation opportunities, networking opportunities, startup services, and other incentives. 

Additionally, eligible and selected participants will be offered with excellent incubation, networking, and funding opportunities in India, the USA, and Europe through the IIT Bombay Action Plan Competition. 

Launched in 2014, IIT Bombay's Abhyuday social body is a group of students that takes care of various events, competitions, workshops, and activities on the campus. Its main aim is to motivate youth towards India’s social challenges.
