IISc Bangalore to Offer Advanced PG Certificate Programs in AI & MLOps with TalentSprint; Details Here

Industry projections predict that by 2023, investments in AI/ML in India would increase at a CAGR of 33.49%. MLOps has experienced a nearly 10x increase in the previous five years, and by 2025, it is anticipated to reach about US $4 billion in revenue. It has also topped LinkedIn's ranking of the most in-demand profession.

This carefully curated PG-level advanced certification program will be made available by TalentSprint and IISc Bangalore in order to address the rapid industry adoption and growing demand for competent workers in AI and MLOps across multiple sectors.

The program's goal is to assist tech workers in learning how to create and use large-scale AI/ML models. Participants will be able to design an end-to-end ML production system, construct data pipelines, establish data lifecycles, use techniques to manage modelling resources and handle the fairness of ML models using analytics.

Additionally, they will also learn about how to implement feature engineering, deliver deployment pipelines for model serving, and perform a number of other tasks by the end of the IISC PG program. They will learn how to employ deep learning for computer vision and natural language processing at a more advanced level.

The last decade was all about developing AI and ML methods using data and computations to build solutions, and the future will be all about taking those solutions to production at scale and building end-to-end solutions for business problems, according to Prof. Deepak Subramani, the Program Coordinator at IISc.

This is the first time an AI and MLOps program of this kind has been made available in India. This program will provide professionals with good career acceleration prospects in addition to teaching them how to create AI/ML models for development, identify gaps in developing and scaling AI/ML models, evaluate and enhance deployment.

Our teaching methodology places equal emphasis on using tools and understanding AI and MLOps from the inside out. Our partnership with TalentSprint, which has been a fantastic partner in our executive education journey, will only grow, and we couldn't be happier about it, he further added.

"We are thrilled to expand our depth portfolio of cutting-edge programmes with IISc, with a fresh curriculum in AI and MLOps," said Dr Santanu Paul, CEO and MD of TalentSprint. We are fortunate to be pioneers in curating specialised programs on new technologies thanks to our market-leading cooperation with IISc.

This advanced certification program offered at the postgraduate level has been created with the goal of assisting professionals in pursuing careers in MLOps and AI while also future-proofing their careers by laying a strong foundation that will enable them to remain relevant for at least the ensuing ten years.

This ground-breaking program is intended for individuals with at least two years of work experience who are currently employed in the fields of data science, DevOps, software development, IT operations, or AI and MLOps.

Under this program, participants will benefit from high-impact immersive learning. They will also get the opportunity to learn from eminent IISc academics while obtaining a globally recognised certification and gaining access to the IISc executive alumni network.

The program is broken down into 8 modules over a 9-month executive program, with an IISc campus visit coming after that. Live interactive sessions, case studies, practical laboratories, mini projects, and capstone projects are all included in the pedagogy, which is backed by IISc faculty and business specialists.

Professor Deepak Subramani and Professor Sashikumaar Ganesan will lead a group of top researchers and specialists in teaching the curriculum. For more details about the program, interested candidates can visit the official website of IISc Bangalore at iisc.ac.in.
