Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has launched a new postgraduate level Advanced Certification Program in Deep Learning in collaboration with TalentSprint.
The New PG level course launched by IISc Bangalore is a 10-month executive program. The certification program is designed for aspiring and practising AI/ML professionals who wish to have expert skill and knowledge in Deep Learning.

A practical understanding of how machine learning algorithms can be developed and optimised for hardware is provided through the advanced certification course. This understanding can be applied in areas such as edge computing.

Apart from these, importance is also given at providing expertise in areas such as speech, text, image and video in the advanced certification course in Deep Learning.
Renowned faculties from IISc Bangalore will be teaching the PG level certification course through live interactive sessions in collaboration with TalentSprint. Practical learning on curated projects will be provided through industry mentor support.
In addition to bringing their own projects, the participants will also get an opportunity to work with capstone projects. The Deep Learning program will also help the learners to establish a portfolio which demonstrates their learnings. To achieve long-term career benefits, the participants will also be able to connect to the deep tech alumni network through this program.

Chiranjib Bhattacharya, Professor and Chair of the Department of Computer Science & Automation and Dean of the Advanced Deep Learning Program stated that to extract valuable insights from enormous amounts of data, build innovative products and to improve customer experience which will enhance the revenue opportunities, Deep Learning is used increasingly.
The increase in the use of Deep learning has also increased a massive growth in need for professionals with expertise in Deep Learning and this Advance Certification in Deep Learning program will fulfil that need, Professor Battacharya added.
The research faculties at IISc Bangalore will be teaching and mentoring the participants who join the course and help will be provided to them to build expertise in both the fundamentals and application of Deep Learning.
