IIM Calcutta MBA Admission Policy 2022: Indian Institute of Management Calcutta has recently released the admission policy for the Master of Business Administration, MBA program for academic session 2022-2024.
As per the IIM Calcutta’s latest MBA Admission Policy, graduation marks have been removed from the shortlisting criteria for the MBA personal interview round along with the written test for admission to the next academic session 2021-2022.

IIM Calcutta MBA Admission Policy 2022: Key Highlights
In accordance with the admission policy released by the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta for the Master of Business Administration, MBA batch of 2022-2024, the following admission selection criteria will be followed:
- The minimum percentage for CAT 2021 overall Cutoff will now be set to 85th percentile.
- QA section cut-off for the same will be set at the 75th percentile and 80th percentile for both the DILR and VARC sections.
- For the written test or personal interview round, the following marks will be considered for selection; CAT 2021 score, 10th marks, 12th marks, and gender diversity factor.
- For 2021, the selection criteria for admission session 2021-2022 will not include student’s graduation scores.
- No work experience points will be offered to students who have less than 12 months of work experience as of January 31st, 2022.
- Additionally, students will be awarded with 08 (maximum marks) for work experience if they have 31-36 months of experience/
- For the final selection list, the following factors will be analyzed: CAT 2021 score, Personal Interview performance, academic diversity score, and work experience, etc.
- WAT scores will not be considered as selection criteria for the admission process.
