New Delhi: The third iteration of TEDxIIMUdaipur, an independently organised TED event, was held at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur.

The TEDx event's current theme was "Change Is The Only Constant." Eight speakers from different parts of India who have made a significant impact on many people were featured at TEDxIIMUdaipur. Tanvie Hans, a British professional footballer of Indian descent who played for the Karnataka women's team and earlier for the English teams Tottenham Hotspurs and Fulham, was one of the speakers and change-makers at the event at IIM Udaipur.
Shivani Singhal, a social enterprise employee at "Dharohar" that offers structured corporate volunteering with a learning and development focus that maximises the advantages for the community, the individual, and the business, was the second speaker.
Jasmina Khanna, who was born with cerebral palsy, was the third speaker. Despite all the odds, she has developed a thriving profession as a software tester despite only being able to type with one finger. She serves as Access to Hope's vice president as well. She described how she went from having cerebral palsy as a young child to graduating from one of India's top universities, working as a software tester, and founding Access to Hope.
The founder of the NGO Snehwan, Ashok Deshmane, was the fourth speaker. Deshmane has received various honours, including the Social Innovator - University of Washington and the Zee TV Real Hero award.
Maharaj Kumar Sahib Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur, Prince of Udaipur, who is a philanthropist, supporter of education, sports, business leadership, and six-time Guinness World Records holder, was the sixth speaker at the TEDxIIMUdaipur event. He talked about how he perceived and valued time. He also elaborated on the notion of evolving through life rather than merely existing, arguing that education leads to transformation for the better.
Saheli Chatterjee, the creator of the agency Ambifem, which focuses on enhancing brand presence on social media, was the sixth speaker. She has a dedicated YouTube channel where she regularly publishes videos about her expertise, book reviews, and her experiences and lessons learned from working as a freelancer.
Chirag Bhandari, the CEO and creator of Ennoble Innovations, spoke as the seventh speaker. He is a strategy consultant as well as an entrepreneur. In 2018, he launched the mission YeloGreen to provide children in remote schools with eco-friendly and recyclable desks, mats, and other essentials. He recognised and understood the difficulties faced by these pupils.
Commodore Varun Singh, an Indian Navy officer and recipient of the Gallantry Award, was the final speaker at TEDxIIMUdaipur. He graduated from the National Defense Academy and the Kendriya Vidyalaya Kochi, and he was commissioned on July 1st, 1993. He completed the clearance diving and marine commando course, one of the most difficult and time-consuming physical courses offered by the military forces, carrying on the unfulfilled goals of his father and uncles.
The speakers' personal experiences of embracing change in their lives or making a good difference in the lives of those around them inspired and moved the IIM Udaipur community to tears. The listeners at TEDxIIMUdaipur were affected by the change makers' stories.
