IIM Udaipur Admission 2022 (Open) for PG Diploma in Business Administration for Working Executives; Check Eligibility, Application Form, Dates Here

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur Admission 2022 is now open for PG Diploma in Business Administration for Working Executives (PGDBA-WE) for the academic year 2022-2024.

Candidates who have a minimum of three years' working experience can apply for the PGD programme. IIM Udaipur has notified that the classes will be conducted only during weekends, so that participants can continue their jobs and simultaneously study the course. 

The online registration process for IIM Udaipur Admission 2021 has started for the postgraduate diploma program on October 15, 2021. All the interested candidates can apply through the IIM Udaipur website. 

Further, the first on-campus one-week module of the PGD programme will commence from June 4, 2022 and the second one-week module will be held at the end of the programme in 2024. Check complete details below.

IIM Udaipur Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates interested to register for the postgraduate diploma in business administration can go through the eligibility criteria and apply for the programme. 

• Candidates must have a minimum of 10+2 years of school education 
• Candidates should have pursued three years of university education with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any specialization 
• Candidates must have worked in a full-time position for at least three years post-qualification as of March 31, 2022 
• Candidates must have a minimum GMAT score, or valid GRE score, or CAT score of tests taken in 2018 or later, or score of the admission test to be conducted by IIMU.

However, the Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur has planned to hold an online test on January 30, 2022 (Sunday) for the candidates who do not have a valid score in the entrance exams namely, GMAT, GRE, or CAT. Interested candidates can appear for the online test from anywhere. 

IIM Udaipur Admission 2022: Selection Process 

All the interested candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria before registering for the PGD programme. They can fill the online application form available at the official website @iimu.ac.in. 

The shortlisted candidates will have to appear for a personal interview process. Students will be admitted to the program based on their overall profile, academic qualification, work experience, score in GMAT/GRE/CAT/IIMU test, and performance in the personal interview.

Step 1: Visit the official IIM Udaipur website @iimu.ac.in. 

Step 2: Navigate to the admission page and search for the application portal. 

Step 3: Now, login or create a profile and fill the registration form. 

Step 4: Finally, pay the application fee of INR 1,000 (non-refundable) and submit the application form accordingly.

Speaking about the new postgraduate diploma programme in Business Administration, Prof Janat Shah, Director, IIM Udaipur, said that the institute has designed the PGD programme in and around leadership, and strategy, career-advancement. Participants of the program will also be exposed to a well-rounded business management. 

About the Program

The institute is dedicated to nurture and foster young business leaders who will lead their organisations in the emerging economies. Further, the course will be delivered on weekends online by the well-versed faculty and the students can attend the 24-month programme from anywhere across the world, he said. 

Following this, the IIM Udaipur has also decided to offer its students a choice in terms of electives. Participants can select any three courses from the list. A case-based learning approach will be used by the institute to bring real life into the classroom and encourage students to actively participate in their learning complemented through seminars, games, role-plays, simulations, guest lectures, and group exercises. 

The institute will also accord alumni status to all students who complete the 24-month postgraduate diploma course in Business Administration.
