New Delhi: A Post Graduate Certificate programme in Human Resource Management has been introduced by IIM Shillong, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Veranda Learning Solutions Limited.
The one-year programme offered by IIM Shillong is appropriate for candidates looking to specialise in the HR industry. The course will be delivered entirely in online mode. The curriculum seeks to introduce learners in the management stream to the theoretical and practical underpinnings of human resource management. The training will shed light on the vital skills and knowledge necessary for success in the dynamic world of human resources.
The candidates would receive training from eminent IIM Shillong teachers during knowledge sessions. In order to give students the skills they need to foresee and take proactive action in the face of obstacles in a post-pandemic environment, the curriculum will incorporate real hands-on exposure using tools including case studies, simulations, and class activities. Additionally, participants in this programme are eligible for a free yearly membership to SHRM India.
