New Delhi: IIM Shillong Placement 2022 has been successfully concluded for the 2020-22 batch, where the highest salary was recorded at INR 55 Lakhs. 

This year, IIM Shillong achieved a 100% placement record for the largest batch since its establishment. More than 70+ recruiters participated in the final placements 2020-22. 

IIM Shillong Placements 2020-2022: Highlights

The institute recorded an average CTC at INR 23.10 LPA, while there was an increase of median CTC for the batch by 27.35% to INR 22.28 LPA. Comparing the placement statistics of the previous year, the average CTC of the top 10% batch was recorded at INR 33.18 LPA, whereas the average CTC for the top 20% batch stood at INR 31.31 LPA. 

In addition, there was an increase in the average CTC for the top 50% batch by 16.08%, which recorded the average CTC at INR 26.95 LPA. As a result, the highest CTC surged by 72.56% to INR 55.22 LPA.
