New Delhi: On November 16, 2022, the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, commemorated its 14th founding anniversary. Sanjeev Kaushal, the chief secretary of Haryana, and film director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri also attended the occasion.
For top government officials and private businesses, IIM Rohtak offers roughly 25 distinct short-term management development programmes, including those in leadership development, project management, and digital marketing.
The institute recognised the outstanding accomplishments of its teaching members as well as those of its students who have excelled and left a lasting impression in their respective professions. The Institute honoured the year's top research achievements and programme accomplishments during the ceremony.
The AMBA has granted worldwide accreditation to PGP's flagship programme. 70% of the students in the last three batches have been female, according to the student batch profile. There are 30 different states and union territories where the batch is represented. 40% of students are studying business and management, 30% are studying engineering, and the remaining students are studying science, humanities, and other subjects. IIM Rohtak is the first IIM to launch a two-year postgraduate diploma in sports management programme, according to the official press release. Additionally, the honourable Prime Minister recognised this programme in his speech this year.
Recent years at IIM Rohtak have seen momentous events. The institute has been ranked as one of the nation's most innovative and forward-thinking management institutions. According to the announcement, IIM Rohtak has spent more than ten years educating the nation's aspiring young managers in excellence and managerial grit. It is one of the top management schools in the nation and the only IIM in the Delhi-NCR area. The institute, which bridges the gap between business and academia, aspires to create tomorrow's leaders by hosting a variety of activities to sharpen students' abilities and keep them informed about current business trends.
