IIM Kozhikode PGP-BL Placement 2022: IT/ITES Firms Recruit 35%, Highest CTC at INR 69.3 LPA

New Delhi: IIM Kozhikode has successfully concluded its placement 2022 for the PGP - Business Leadership Programme, wherein the IT/ITES firms recruited 35% of the students, and the highest CTC was witnessed at INR 69.3 LPA.

The 2022 Placement Drive was put on by the Students' Placement Committee with assistance from the institution and alumni. IIM Kozhikode PGP-BL Placements 2022 recorded a100% success rate by receiving 62 domestic and 1 international offer.

With a total of 52 recruiters participating in the IIM Kozhikode placement drive, the highest CTC offered was INR 69.3 LPA, the median CTC was recorded at Rs 25 LPA, while the Average CTC was Rs 29.06 LPA, the average CTC of female students was Rs 30.41 LPA.

IIM Kozhikode PGP-BL Placements 2022: Overview

This year, the PGP-BL batch included 72% male students and 28% female students, with 24% of students coming with previous educational qualifications from IIT, NIT, IISC, BITS, NIFT, CA and CFA.

The PGP-BL students also had work experience from major companies like Accenture, Bajaj, KPMG, Reliance Industries Ltd and more.

The majority of students belonged to the age group of 26-27 years old, while most of them had the previous work experience of 61-72 Months.

The PGP-BL students were hired by the companies for preeminent roles such as AVP, Senior Manager, Product Manager, Program Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Senior Consultant, Operations Manager and many others.
