New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and TimesPro have joined hands to launch the fourth batch of its LEAD (Learn I Enhance I Aspire I Deliver): An Advanced Management Program. Interested candidates can apply for the program till February 20, 2023.
As per IIM Calcutta, the innovative on-campus advanced management program is specially designed for senior executives who wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge to make sense of disruptive change and help the organisation grow.

The course curriculum includes topics like Design Thinking and Competing in the Digital Age, which are covered through lectures, exercises and case discussions. The course also includes interaction with current and past CEOs as well as guidance from experienced faculty members.
Those who have a minimum of 15 years of work experience in reputed organisations and those who are Proprietors/Directors of corporations with turnover not less than INR 500 crores are eligible to apply for admission to this program.
