IIM Bangalore Summer Placement 2021: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore has started the summer placement drive for PGP and PGP-BA class of 2021-23 on the campus ground. The institute has recorded 100% placement for students during the placement drive.
About 513 students of IIM Bangalore, enrolled in PGP and PGP-BA courses had participated in the drive. The batch has received more than 542 offers, so far.
As per IIM Bangalore Placement 2021, students have bagged offers from top recruiters namely, Accenture, Bain & Company, The Boston Consulting Group, Kearney, McKinsey & Company, Tata Consultancy Services, Alvarez & Marsal, and others.
Talking about the offers made to IIMB students, Tapas Ranjan Pati, Career Development Services said “The PGP-BA cohort, alongside PGP, has secured offers from top companies. Many marquee recruiters offered exclusively crafted roles in the Business Analytics domain”.

During the placement drive, students of IIMB have received various offers from some of the top firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, GEP Consulting, NRI Consulting, Strategy&, Auctus Advisors, Arthur D. Little, Miebach Consulting, KPMG.
The offers have been made in domains like Consulting, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Conglomerates, E-Commerce & Operations, IT Product Management, Analytics, and others.
Referring to the 100% placement data recorded for IIM Bangalore Placement 2021, Professor U Dinesh Kumar, Chairperson, Career Development Services of IIMB said, “This is one of the best summer placements we had in recent years".
"There is a clear signal from the recruiters that the economy is reviving, and the industry is looking for talent in large numbers to manage the post-pandemic market”, he further added.
