IGNOU to Offer Combination Courses across Disciplines; Check Admission Details Here

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is set to introduce several combinations of subjects across various academic programs. The Course-wise Registration Certification Scheme (CRCS) has been put in place to give students an option to choose up to 16 credits.

IGNOU has opened registrations for interdisciplinary programs so that students can opt for specific courses instead of registering for the entire program. They can opt for either single or multiple courses. In order to obtain admission, the candidates must meet the eligibility criteria of the program which the courses belong to.

The university has begun applications for all programs except for the courses which are part of the research degree and awareness and appreciation level programs. So far, there is no provision for separate counseling and lab-work schedule.
