Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will begin the third round of counselling for admission to various programmes from December 12. Applicants can apply for the counselling by visiting their website; icarexam.net
In addition to the 3rd round of counselling, ICAR has also announced a one-time relaxation for PG students. They have been granted an extension for submitting their bachelor’s mark sheet. Now the last date of submission of bachelor’s mark sheet is December 31, 2020.

This was done in view of the situation due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Because of the pandemic, many Universities were unable to declare their results on time. However, PG students are still required to upload a certificate from the registrar of the University indicating the expected date of issue of the mark sheet.
ICAR 2020: Steps to Register for the Third Round Counselling
Students who are eligible to apply for the counselling process can do so by following these steps.
Step 1: Visit the official website of ICAR counselling; icarexam.net
Step 2: Click on Student login and register yourself on the website if you have not done so
Step 3: Log in using your credentials
Step 4: Once you have logged in, register for the 3rd round of counselling by paying the fee
Step 5: Once the candidate has paid the fee take a print out of the receipt
Following the payment of fee for the third round of counselling, the candidate will need to fill in his choices and lock them in. After that, he will be required to upload the requisite documents and pay the seat acceptance fee.
Once this is all done, the student will be allocated a seat. Thereafter, they’ll be required to download their allotment letter and report to the allotted institute with all the required documents.
