Goa Board 10th Result 2021: New Evaluation Scheme Released for SSC Results


Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has formulated an evaluation scheme for calculating marks for Goa Board 10th Result 2021. 

As per the scheme, results of Goa Board Class 10 Exam 2021 will be prepared based on marks secured by students in their internal assessment conducted during the academic year, and the overall objective created by the board. 

The scheme layout was prepared on Saturday, May 29, 2021, during an executive meeting of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE). The marking scheme will be followed by all the state schools affiliated with GBSHSE.

Goa Board 10th Result 2021 marking scheme layout includes the balance and several checks, such as the penalty for schools if they are found in any malpractices while preparing results for class 10th students. 

"In cases where a school deliberately indulges in practices that are not consistent with fair, unbiased and objective practices of assessment, the board reserves the right to start de-recognition proceedings and/or impose a financial penalty against the school or decide not to declare the result of the class tenth for the school till the time it is not in conformity with the board’s policy," the board stated. 

Earlier, the Goa Board Class 10th Exam 2021 was scheduled to be held from May 13 to June 04, 2021. It was later cancelled by GBSHSE due to increasing cases of coronavirus in the country. 

Referring to the Goa Board 10th Result, the board stated, "The results of the Class tenth board will be prepared on the basis of the internal assessment conducted by schools and an objective criterion developed by the board".

Students who are not satisfied with allotted Goa Board 10th Result 2021 will be offered an opportunity to appear for the physical examination. Physical examinations for class 10 students will be conducted once the number of coronavirus cases drops in the country and the situation turns conducive for conducting offline exams. 

Goa Board affiliated schools have been asked to form their own result committee which will include teachers of their own school, as well as neighboring schools. The result committee will be responsible for awarding marks to class 10th students based on internal assessments. 

Additionally, for the GBSHSE Class 12th Board Exam 2021, no decision has been made yet by the exam board. The final decision is expected to be released soon.
