Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has postponed the webinar for live interaction with students to December 10, 2020. The webinar will include answering queries on upcoming board and competitive exam dates and ways to conduct them.
Earlier, Union Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal announced a live session for December 3, 2020, from 2 PM onwards to discuss CBSE, ICSE and other board exams and entrance exams as of JEE Main 2021.
As per today’s updates, the minister has tweeted on social media expressing his apology for delaying the webinar by 7 days and has asked the students to keep sharing their concerns using the hashtag. Hence, students have to wait till Thursday, December 10.
Students, we know you have tons of questions related to upcoming competitive/board exams! In order to make sure that we cover most of your concerns, we have decided to extend the date of the webinar to Dec 10.

Students will be able to stream the session via Twitter and Facebook. It is also expected that CBSE Class 10 and 12 exam dates might be revealed during the session.

Webinar For Students
Students are eagerly waiting for the webinar where they can get to know about the plans of the government on resuming schools and conducting board exams along with the schedule of competitive exams.
In this pandemic situation, the schools have been closed for over a year due to the lockdown and parents are concerned for the education system and how students will be able to prepare from home with the help of online teaching only.
Apart from this, the queries also include professional courses examination like MBA and JEE 2020. For now, all the queries will be dealt with after 7 days of wait.
Stakeholders Suggestions for final decision
Earlier the education minister has declared that competitive exams will be held in the next academic year after they have discussed the matter with parents, students and teachers.
However, the situation also needs to be addressed by stakeholders. The webinar will also include the stakeholders to give their opinion and feedback for conducting the competitive and board exams next year.
