Mudra Institute of Communications is conducting MICAT for students who want to get themselves enrolled in post graduate diploma in management-communication. Registration was started in August 2014. Last date of online application is January 18, 2015.
MICAT 2015 will be held on February 15, 2015. Applicants are required to carry their admit card with them at the time of examination else they will not be allowed to enter exam hall. Candidates who are appearing for the exam must have an overlook at the examination pattern to avoid any hassle in the test. It is explained as follows:-
It will be both subjective and objective exam. Mode of examination is offline. Candidates need to mark one answer as correct one. MICAT 2015 Duration will be of 125 minutes. No extra time will be given to the students. Exam is divided into two sections.
Section A is subjective and there will be four questions in it. It will be based on divergent thinking and creativity potential. It will be on writing argument, story writing and essay writing. It will be of thirty five minutes.
Section B will have three parts. Three parts will be psychometric test, reasoning and verbal ability, general knowledge section. It will be of 90 minutes.

There will be total 94 questions. Section A will have four questions. In section B, part 1 psychometric test will have 30 questions, part 2 reasoning and verbal ability will have 35 questions and part 3, general awareness will have 25 questions.
MICAT 2015 Marking Scheme
MICA has not declared total marks yet. Section A has no negative marking but section B has 25% negative marking if given answer is incorrect. So applicants are advised to attempt and mark the questions carefully.
