IIT Bombay MBA Admission through CAT 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Aspiring candidates willing to pursue MBA from IIT Bombay must carefully follow the eligibility criteria for admission.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55 percent if the candidates belong to the SC/ST/PWD category) or at least 6.5 CPI (6 for SC/ST/PWD category candidates) from an university recognized by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- Candidates must have obtained graduation or equivalent of minimum 4 years duration after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent
- Candidates who are in their final year of graduation or are awaiting results are also eligible to apply. Such candidates must have scored a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55 percent if the candidates belong to SC/ST/PWD category) or equivalent till the latest exam.
- CA, CS, CFA, ICWA or FRM candidates, with a first-class bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55 percent if the candidates belong to the SC/ST/PWD category) or a minimum CPI of 6.5 (6 if the candidates belong to SC/ST/PWD category) out of 10 are also eligible to apply.
