In accordance with DU UG Admission 2021 seats, the university has a total of 70,000 available admission seats in its various affiliated colleges. The admission for the 2021-2022 session is now underway through online means due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic in the country.

Hansraj College and Jesus and Mary College have recorded the highest cut-off of 100% for its BSc (H) Computer Science course 99.75% in Bcom (H) course. Additionally, the colleges have set a 100% cut-off for Economics (H) and psychology courses.

While talking about Ramjas College UG Admission 2021, the admission cut-off for Political Science, Physics, and one combination of BA Program is set at 100% for the 2021 admission session.

Referring to the admission process, Dr. Rajesh Giri, the Principal of Rajdhani College, said, "This year, there are more applicants seeking admission on the first day than previous years”.

“It's different this year maybe because of students' fear they may not get a chance in subsequent cut-off lists due to limited seats and a high number of students scoring above 95 percent. Teachers will be able to process the admissions under subsequent cut-offs from their homes. But since this is the first cut-off list, members of the various committees are functioning from the college," the principal further added.

As for DU’s popular affiliated colleges, Hindu College, Shri Ram College of Commerce, and Ramjas College, the cut-off for BA (Honours) Political Science, B.A. (Hons.) Economics and B.Com (Hons.) is recorded at 100%.
