Delhi University (DU) has set a new record by declaring DU Results 2021 for undergraduate programs in just 30 days. The examinations were held in the month of June, this year, and while other universities remained closed, DU worked round the clock, amid an unbridled COVID-19 surge across the country.
As per the data, it is recorded as the first time when the exam authorities of Delhi University have taken less than a month to prepare results for students. The result was prepared just within a month after the exam commenced. Adding to this, Delhi University has prepared the result for some undergraduate courses in a span of 2 days from the day the exam commenced.
As per the university statement, the UG results of about 64 different DU Courses have now been prepared. Delhi University Result 2021 for the remaining 10 courses are now under process, and being complied with. In order to prepare results, the university faculty are working even on holidays, the statement added.
DU Results 2021 Declaration Begins from July 26 for UG Programs
DU Dean of Examination, D.S. Rawat advised “The final examination was held on June 28, and since then the outcomes of 88 per cent of the UG programs have been ready. Solely 56 copies of the Bachelor of Arts (B.A) programs in Delhi College are left to be checked".
On Monday, July 26, 2021, the university announced preparing to release the results for 11, 879 BA program students. While the result for the other nine subjects is expected to be released on Tuesday, July 27, 2021.
Adding to the same, the DU Deam of Examination stated, “For the primary time within the historical past of DU, the outcomes of all UG programs shall be declared within a month. The outcomes for the BA program, together with remaining programs, shall be declared in 2-3 days".

DU Dean further added that while preparing the result for all students, we have also made a provision to ensure that the data generated by the colleges have been verified by the teachers or not. The data generated has been verified through online means due to the pandemic.
He added that as per the data received, it is to be noted that over 95 per cent of the data is correct. "While during the March Open Book Examinations (OBE), I introduced a quotation for many who accomplished the evaluation in the stipulated time," he said.
"Certificates have been issued for March OBE earlier than the beginning of June evaluation. It was not that simple however we did it. It laboured very well, ``the DU Dean of Examination added.
For the evaluation process of DU Results 2021, the exam authority has made a 14 member committee. The committee takes care of monitoring the process of evaluation, and rectifying any errors through evaluation, sending messages, making phone calls, etc.
The DU Examination department added that generally, it takes about 2 to 3 months to prepare the result for the examination. However, this year we have successfully set a new record in preparing the result.
