CGBSE Board Exam 2021: Instructions Released for Conducting Class 12 Exams


Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has released important instructions for conducting CGBSE Board Exam 2021 for Class 12th students in the state. 

As per the notification released, CGBSE Class 12 Exam 2021 students will be given answer sheets as well as question papers by their exam centers between June 01 and June 05, 2021. 

Students will have to submit their answer sheets physically at their designated exam centers. Thus, they will have to submit their answer sheets within 5 days. These answer sheets will be further sent to the CGBSE board between June 06 to June 10, 2021.

If the student is infected with COVID-19 virus during those exam days, a relative or family member of the infected student can collect the question paper from the exam center by providing their admit cards and proof of Covid-19 infection. 

Additionally, an authorized person can also submit answer sheets of a student at the designated exam center by providing his or her admit card, proof of Covid-19 infection, along with a copy of the student’s’ Aadhar card. 

As per the notice issued by CGBSE, if students are unable to submit their answer sheet within a given time period, they will be further marked absent in the examination. 

“The CGBSE will not accept answer sheets sent through post or courier. Students will have to physically submit their answer sheets at the designated exam centers,” the notice further reads. 

CGBSE Class 12th Exam 2021 is scheduled to commence from June 1-5. As per the Union Education Minister’s meeting with the Chhattisgarh Board, this year students will appear for board examinations from their homes due to the second wave of coronavirus pandemic.

Earlier, the board had also declared CGBSE Class 10th 2021 Result on May 19th. The result of class 10th students has been prepared based on marks secured in their internal assessment. 

All the 4,61,093 lakh students, who appeared for Chhattisgarh Class 10th Board Exam 2021 have now been promoted without examination. According to the results, a total of 4.4 lakh students have secured first division in the state. 

If students are not satisfied with their marks, they can now also apply to appear for a written examination. The examination will be held after the review of the pandemic situation. The dates for the same will be released soon after by the board.
