CBSE Class 12th Result 2021: Evaluation Criteria to have Two Major Additions


The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has made two major additions to the evaluation criteria for CBSE Board Results 2021. The results are expected to be released by July 31. 

CBSE Class 12th Result 2021 is expected to be declared by July 31. As per an affidavit submitted by Central Board of Secondary Education to the court, optional exam facility will also be available for the students. Students who are not satisfied with the results declared by the Board can apply for this facility and these exams will be conducted between August 15 to September 15, depending on the pandemic situation. 

CBSE Class 12th Result 2021: New Additions in Evaluation Criteria 

CBSE has made two major additions to the assessment policy and they are as per the following: 

  • Any dispute regarding the results will be referred to a special Committee constituted by CBSE.
  • If any student is not satisfied with their CBSE board 2021 results, they can apply online for the optional exam facility through the online facility of CBSE. These exams will only be conducted in the major subjects and that too when the COVID situation comes under control.The marks obtained in this exam will be considered final for the students who apply for the examination. 

Earlier on July 17, the Central Board of Secondary Education has released the evaluation criteria for Class 12 Results. According to which, students will be evaluated on the basis of Class 10 results of the three best subjects, Class 11 final exam results and class 12 (Unit test/Mid- term/Pre-board) scores. But according to recent reports, these two additions have been made to the assessment policy by the CBSE Board.
