On Thursday, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the marks evaluation criteria for CBSE Class 12 results 2021. As per the announcement, the results will be based on Class 10 results of the best three subjects ( 30%), Class 11 final exams ( 30%) and Class 12 Mid-term/unit tests/pre-board results (40%).
The board has informed the schools to provide Class 10 theory marks of those students only who have completed 10th from other boards except CBSE.
For the internal assessment and practical, students would be assessed as per the marks submitted to CBSE by the schools. The Board has informed schools to finalise the results and also upload them on the board's link by July 15 as the Results are expected to be declared by July 31st.
As per the latest notification, an IT system is being developed by the Education Board which will ease down the calculation work and reduce the time for result preparation process. The main motive of this system is to assist the schools for result preparation.
CBSE is also going to create a help desk to assist the schools for preparation of the Results. The board has also advised the schools to form a separate result committee for preparation of the results.
