The Central Board of Secondary Education, (CBSE) has announced the facility to change the exam center for class 10th, and 12th which can be done till November 10, 2021 (till 11:59 pm).
The CBSE has scheduled the CBSE Board Exam 2022 for term 1 to commence from November 16, 2021. As many students are currently residing in other cities due to the pandemic covid-19, the board has permitted such students to change their exam city for the upcoming practical and theory examination.
The CBSE Admit Card 2021 has also been released today, i.e, on November 9, 2021, along with an important exam day notice on its official CBSE website @cbse.gov.in.
If a student opts for change in exam city only for theory exams, they will have to mandatorily attend practical exams from the schools of their studies. Students are allowed to send their request to change exam city for CBSE Board Exam 2022 by November 19 till 11:59 pm.
Further, the CBSE has instructed the students to inform the respective city's name from where they're willing to appear for the CBSE Board Exam 2022. Once the student's request is received, the schools will log in to the 'School's Portal' on the official website to submit the requisite details.

According to the official CBSE notification, the students will have the option to opt for only one city as a centre of examination for both theory and practical as two separate exam centres, (one for theory and one for practicals) will not be considered by the board.
Further, the students are advised to submit the choice of the city carefully as editing or changing the choice will not be entertained once the School submits the requests.
Also, the board will not consider the student's requests received after the deadline. Therefore, it is advisable that students who wish to change the exam city are advised to do it at the earliest on or before midnight of November 10, 2021.
