What is the admission rate at your college?

“200 admissions per batch”

We get a number of applications every year, but as we believe in quality based education, in this regard we take only 200 admissions in an academic year, so that each student can be monitored and take the benefit of offering opportunities. However, now we are planning to open up to take 200+ admission as we have strategized to organize new batches, so that other candidates are a part of our Culinary Family as well.

What new programs does your college offer?

“Diploma and PG programs in new disciplines”

As we have built up good relations with the hospitality industry, we are also offering certain new courses to the students in alignment with the industry itself. These include Diploma in Fire and Safety Management, in Industrial Safety Management and in Construction Safety. Also, Diploma in Health and Environment Safety Management is being introduced to educate students about these issues. Additionally, a P.G Diploma in Yoga and M. A. a program in Yoga has also started in college.

How do you enhance the skills of the students and make them industry-ready?

“Enhancing knowledge, personality and social skills”

We always encourage our students to participate in every co-curricular and extracurricular activity so that they can flourish their skills not only with studies but also with every aspect of life. We have planned quarterly, monthly and yearly curricular calendars, where we have taken care of their personal and professional growth. We organize various seminars and a one-minute presentation or various cooking, baking competitions on a monthly basis. Moreover, we conduct industrial visits and camps to help students learn real life skills such as Clean India camp and many others. Team Building, Leadership, Teamwork exercises on a quarterly basis are conducted in the campus itself through Blood donation camps, social events, exhibitions and contests, so that students can contribute to the welfare of society as well.

How do you prepare your students for placement in your college?

“Industrial standard training and tests”

We have been working with this industry for the last 18 years, so we have very good sources and cordial relations with industry’s experts and professionals. Apart from this, our placement cell continuously remains in touch with many hotels and resort properties across India for any vacant position or new hiring. Our placement cell is not only working for the current students but also for our previous students who wish to change their job or relocate themselves. We always provide the best opportunity to our students and make our students ‘A Fighter of Hotel Industry’. We provide the best technical skills and personality development traits through our in-house interview panels and training activities. We organize and schedule their interviews even for their Industrial Training and On Job Training too so that they can compete with others as well.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Making your team work for a common goal”

Leadership is an act or trait, not a philosophy. If you know how to crack the barrier and others are ready to push you, that means you have successfully established a quality leadership in your organization. I believe that if you are a great team player with some strategies and a clear vision, then you have the ability to lead and let others lead.

What would you like people to know about your college that they may not know?

“Best learning atmosphere one can find”

Students can study everywhere but the atmosphere which we provide can never be found anywhere. We have a proven learning environment where each student can find his own core competency and then we train them accordingly to develop them into professionals. We always take care of every student’s growth. In today’s stressful competition sometimes students turned into unethical things. In this scenario, CCHM acts like a guardian and counsels them.
