What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

“I believe in delegation of tasks and consider my leadership style to be direct”

I would describe my leadership style as direct and leading by example. I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects, but I also like to stay involved and inspire my team by showing that I'm working hands-on to help them, too.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your College?

“Proving focus is necessary to ensure smooth functioning”

I ensure to provide a focus. A strategic plan formalizes the school district's mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives. The insight at an early stage helps to develop a precise and targeted strategic plan resulting in building community support, creating efficiency, and saving money.

Any insights into how your Institute could be more welcoming to students of different races, religions, states or economic backgrounds?

“Diversity brings more learning opportunities”

The more you learn about where your students come from, the easier your job will become. It includes learning more about their language, culture, values, family, and home environment. This knowledge will help you extend your support to students in the classroom and receive more support from home. It allows both you and your students to understand different perspectives, appreciate others' strengths, and build empathy. CRT can also help to reflect on how your own identity and experiences impact your attitudes and teaching practices.

“Why we exist should be at the core of an organization’s guiding statements. Vision is a goal where you hope to see it in the future. The mission provides an overview of the steps planned to achieve that future.”

What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Our focus will be to ensure technology driven campus”

Future educators will have to face the fact that students will need (and want) to learn in a flexible, personalized format. For the same, we will have to ensure having a more technology-focused classroom. Students will wish their learning experience to meet their interests, time constraints, and academic needs.
