What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“The pleasure of shaping raw talents into finished professionals”

Education is meant for a continuous learning process that is never ending and never exhausting. I always feel motivated to learn new and innovative things ongoing in the market. I put up my efforts to dissipate this knowledge to aspiring students as well. It gives me immense pleasure that I am able to enhance their life through this education process. Yesterday I saw them as young learners, but today I see them as global professionals and leaders.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“Working like peers and giving space to everyone”

I believe in the philosophy of equal opportunities and interactive reliability when it comes to teamwork. It is necessary to build a bond of trust and faith among individuals so that they are friendly in their behaviours and discuss openly their perspectives of working. A leader must create a space for everyone to put up their ideas and build a truly motivating environment that can fetch the best from any person.

How does the curriculum of your Institute ensure the best practice of industry?

“Interaction and integration of industrial set-ups”

We offer a reframed curriculum that is the most updated curriculum with modern programs and digital courses based on latest industry trends. We have the foundation of data science, software development, digital marketing etc. that aids the students with advanced approaches in the business world globally. We offer “Distinguished Speaker Series” where we invite the thought leaders of the industry to come and interact with the students, know them and guide them on a personal level. We offer summer internships and in house placement training also.

What are your roles and responsibilities towards students?

“Creative and brain enhancing activities for students”

We always try to be creative in our approaches to deliver the best education. We have designed innovative classroom pedagogy where students happily learn while playing with their minds. Under KK2 classroom (a google-like classroom) every student can connect with us anytime personally from anywhere, ask questions or run an analysis chart of their performance. We are also running an experiment on mind games where students play some new, meaningful, tricky and problem solving games that enhance their brain capabilities and sharpen their skills.

What do you think should be the Institute's top priority over next 10 years?

“Liberalism in learning and digital upliftment”

Our focus on digital management is our foremost priority. We wish to create the most advanced digital platform for students to learn on campus and distantly without any flaws and interruptions. Also, we believe students should have liberty to explore their capabilities, and calibre. We can only equip the students to keep on learning and grooming, motivating them to have an open mind to accept the changes in the world.
