Students spend more than 60% of the in laboratories and media offices for exposure. In addition to this, they are required to go through two internships in a three-year program. 4. New Age Course Curriculum

BA Mass Communication curriculum is one of its kind in India and has been designed in consultation with experts from Times of India group. Apart from theory papers, students are encouraged to focus on practical work. They are required to publish a 12-page training newspaper, The Times of Bennett, which hone their skills of reporting, photography, graphics, advertisements.

Along with this, students take part in a weekly discussion on Media Trends, through an audio bridge/video conferencing facility.

Special on Media Softwares like Audacity to record and edit radio programs, Adobe Premier to edit television news bulletins and short movies, Adobe Photoshop to crop and improve still photographs, and InDesign to create newspaper pages.
