What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for your college specifically?

The biggest challenge for any institution is to provide quality education with discipline. Especially after the pandemic, it’s challenging to maintain the student’s attention in the classroom. Even though they lack concentration in class, mobile phone usage is another distractor. Many students from rural backgrounds are the first to graduate in their families. The parents expect their wards to get at least a degree. So that is the greatest challenge to the higher education in my institutions.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

“Learn to Lead” with education, and you can control the entire world. You will get powers and positions. To the budding citizen of India, the future is yours. Don’t react recklessly. It’s better to observe your environment and act accordingly. Your attitude is crucial, so be responsible for your work.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relationship and environment in your institute/ university?

I circulate positivity in all aspects and avoid rumors. I don't believe in judging people and allow subordinates to work freely with their ideas. Participative management always wins and gives chances to all. Lastly, teamwork is vital to accomplish any task.
