“Multi fold growth in various aspects of career and life”

Students are the most important stakeholders of the institution and parents are next important stakeholders who not only finance for the studies of students in the form of fee but also build up the reputation of the Institution through word of mouth. We provide our students with the most delighted environment for their academic, professional and personal growth. We take care of each of our students by making them intellectually satisfied and emotionally strong with an effective teaching learning system so that they can face tough competition in the professional world.

How would you describe your leadership style?

“Imbibing more participation and responsive recognition”

These days, leadership must be participative in nature where each individual feels interest to contribute for the growth of the institution. I believe in inculcating potential team work, professional ethics and use of modern tools to ensure participation by each member depending on their competence and the dedication. A leader must respond and act accordingly with a proportion of responsibilities and tasks to achieve a mission.

What do you think should be the Institute’s top priority over the next 10 years?

“Inputs ensuring high quality education system at global level”

Strategies for attracting high quality faculty who are indeed at the heart of the institution, revision of the curriculum on a dynamic basis and to assess the current skills in demand are our prime focus for the forthcoming years. Also, we aspire to produce a well facilitated infrastructure design and enough financial stability required for maintaining the education system at higher level, attracting students globally.

How do you tend to establish a healthy environment in your Institute?

“Interpretation of unbiased rules and policies”

For any institution to work smoothly, there has to be transparency in the decision making process whether at departmental/section level or at the institutional level. The service rules of the organization must be followed with a definite pattern and protocol to ensure a healthy atmosphere with no prejudice or favoured mechanism. All students and staff must be given equal opportunities for their Academic and Professional Development respectively. In case of any issue or misunderstanding it has to be cleared out immediately with a positive attitude.

“Integration of skills in demand in the industry in the curriculum and empowering the students accordingly has to ensured in a dynamic manner”

Sreenidhi is constantly engaged in conducting a survey of skills in demand analysis in the industry making sure that each of the existing and new skill requirements are being fulfilled through continuous revision of curriculum with necessary changes made. We have incorporated new technology subjects as a series of professional and open electives where students are exposed to new specializations, entrepreneurship, finance and social sciences series are offered to different branches of engineering and technology. Introduction of subjects which improve employability of students involving logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, verbal skills, communication skills, soft skills and computer skills as well is an integral part of the curriculum.
