- Step 1: Visit official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
- Step 2: Click on the Course / Programme for which you want to download rank card
- Step 3: Candidate will be redirected to a new page with input fields
- Step 4: Key in your exam roll number in the first fields
- Step 5: Get your Date of Birth the second field
- Step 6: Click on the Button for ‘Show Rank’
- Step 7: Your Rank Card will be displayed on the screen

Bihar DCECE Counselling Process
Following the release of Bihar Polytechnic Result 2020, the BCECEB will now release a merit list which will be based on the marks secured by candidates in the entrance exam.
On the basis of the merit list, the board will conduct an online interview round after which a final merit list will be declared. Once the interview is over, the exam authority will start the counselling process for seat allotment in polytechnic engineering colleges across the state.
Candidates will have to fill their choices for institutes after which the management will assign them seats on the basis of their rank and availability. One the seat is allotted, the candidates will have to submit a seat acceptance fee.
