Assam Education Minister, Himanta Biswa Sharma has announced that the Assam Board exam 2021 dates. The announcement on commencing Assam Board examination for classes 10 and 12 was made on the official Twitter handle of the Education Minister.
Accordingly, High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) that is Class 10 exams of Assam Board 2021 will be conducted from May 11, 2021, and for class 12, the exam will be conducted from May 12, 2021. Following which, results for classes 10 and 12 are announced to be released between July 7 and 30, 2021.

CBSE, Maharashtra, and Gujarat have already postponed the board examinations to May 2021 and Assam joins the list by postponing the board exams to May 11, 2021.
Previously there were discussions that the AHSEC would conduct the board examination for class 12 in March 2021, but that is not true and it is officially confirmed that the Assam board examinations will be commenced for classes 10 and 12 in May 2021.

The board examination will be conducted in West Bengal in June 2021. Kerala and Bihar will be conducting the board exam in February and March 2021.
