New Delhi: Anant National University (ANU) has begun the application process for undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form throh the official portal, @anu.edu.in, by January 8, 2023. 


Anant National University (ANU) offers a BArch and B.Des, programs at UG level and M.Des. program at PG level in various courses of design and architecture with unique specialization. Candidates seeking admission to the UG or PG programmes can submit their applications till January 8, 2023. 

Admissions to UG and PG courses are entrance-based, i.e the Design Entrance Test (DET). As for fellowship courses, admissions will be merit-based followed by personal interviews.

Anant National University UG & PG Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the UG and PG courses will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

Bdes:

  • Candidates must have a minimum 50% marks in class XII (Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination) or its equivalent examination from any stream (Science, Commerce and Arts/ Humanities) from Gujarat State Board or any other state’s board or CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/IB with a minimum 50% aggregate marks.
  • Candidates must have a valid score in AnantU Design Entrance Test (DET) 

Bachelor of Visual Arts (BVA): 

  • Candidates must have successfully completed 10 + 2 / 10 +3 years or equivalent (CBSE, ISC, State Boards, IB, Cambridge, and other Government Recognized Boards) 

Master of Architecture (Theory and Practice):

  • Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture in 10+2+5 years scheme with a minimum 55% marks and 50% in case of SC/ST candidates

Master of Design (Integrated Product Design):

  • Candidates must be a graduate (10+2+3/4) or equivalent from a recognised institute/university with a minimum of 50% in their graduation. 
  • Candidates must appear for the AnantU M.Des Entrance Test followed by a personal interview.

  • Candidate's selection to the UG and PG courses will be based on academic qualifications, performance in AnantU's Design Entrance Test and personal interview.

Anant National University UG & PG Admission 2023: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of Anant National University @https://anu.edu.in/. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.

Anant National University UG & PG Admission 2023: DET 

AnantU conducts the Design Entrance Test (DET) periodically for a duration of 90 minutes to assess a student’s aptitude for the design domain. The DET is a 100 marks question paper comprising 90 questions about general awareness/current affairs, logical reasoning and basics of design knowledge.
