Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) has launched an online portal called "Darpan'' for Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2021. The council has released the first merit list for the HS 1st year admission process 2021 on September 6, 2021, for both selected and waiting list candidates. Students can check their allotted colleges by logging in to the board's official website.
As per the official notice by AHSEC, through “Darpan” interested and eligible candidates will be offered online admission options for Higher Secondary (HS) 1st Year (11th Standard) academic session 2021-2022. Students who have successfully passed their Assam HSLC Exam 2021 and seek HS first-year course admission, can apply on this portal.
For now, schools with valid AHSEC codes will be required to create their profiles, by providing all the details into the portal. Following this, interested students will be able to apply online at darpan.ahseconline.in or ahsec.assam.gov.in from August 11 to August 25, 2021.
Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2021: How to Apply?
Students who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for Higher Secondary First year courses available under various Assam Higher Secondary Education Council affiliated colleges and institutes by following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official online admission portal of AHSEC; ahsec.assam.gov.in.
Step 2: From the homepage, click on the latest "HS First Year Admission 2021" link available.
Step 3: Login by entering your details as required such as name, roll number, date of birth, etc.
Step 4: Select your preferences; course type, college, and other details, and click on submit to continue.
Step 5: Upload the documents as required, click on submit button.
Step 6: Verify your details with care, and submit your application to complete your Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2021 process.
Note: Before submitting the application, candidates are advised to go through the official Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2021 notice to prevent any last-minute error.
After the submission of the online application for Assam HS 1st Year Admission 2021, the merit list will be made available for all registered candidates to check and download till August 31, 2021.
