Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to Ph.D. (Built Environment) should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement
The candidate should have a Master’s Degree or its equivalent in Real Estate / Urban Management/ Urban or Regional Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Economics/ Commerce/ Law / Architecture / Mathematics / Sociology Or MBA from any accredited Indian or Foreign University with a minimum of 55% marks or grade point average.
