The AIMS Bangalore offers a 2 year MBA course for candidates interested in becoming well-versed and skillful managers of the future. Initiated in 1998, the institute provides 6 specializations under the Masters of Business Administration. 

  • The specializations include entrepreneurship, Hospital/ Health care management, Supply chain management, International business, strategy management, Information management and Agribusiness management. 
  • The course is spread over 4 semesters, where each year contains 2 semesters.
  • The minimum eligibility required is a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

AIMS Bangalore MBA Eligibility Criteria

The interested candidate has to qualify for any one of the following eligibility criteria to apply for admission in MBA –

  • An aggregate of 50% in a graduate degree under any discipline, from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 50% marks in aggregate in an honors degree from a recognized university.
  • Students with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an open university/correspondence course from any recognized institute. The degree of the course must have been 3+2 years.

Note: For SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate.

The admission to MBA is based on the score acquired in MBA PGCET / CAT / MAT / ATMA etc.

  • 60 percentile or above in MAT / CMAT / XAT

AIMS Bangalore MBA Admission Guidelines

The application forms for admission to MBA at AIMS are accepted online. The steps required are as mentioned below:

  • Open the AIMS portal for registering yourself as a prospective student.
  • Register and pay the application fees.
  • Verify your email.
  • Fill in the application form details carefully.
  • Complete all the information, including a set of questions.
  • Upload the required documents.
  • If your application is selected by the faculty, you’ll be redirected to the final admission link.

Please note that final admission forms are separate from selection forms.

The candidates’ academic performance (including scores in entrance exams), along with personal merit and skills are the determinants in the selection process. All shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the final selection process, which will include –

The final admissions form includes a registration form, an admission form, and a medical certificate form.
