All the seats are allotted by merit through online counselling conducted by Directorate General of Health Services ( www.mcc.nic.in ). Selection is based on the rank obtained in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for super specialty courses (NEET-SS) conducted on an all India basis by the National Board of Examination
